SHA Residences Emirates: A Pioneering Wellness Island Between Abu Dhabi and Dubai
SHA Wellness Clinic and IMKAN are launching SHA Residences Emirates, the world's first healthy living island.
The island is located in AlJurf, known as the 'Riviera' of Abu Dhabi, strategically positioned between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The private island will feature 86 Villas with beach access, 49 apartments, and 2 exclusive penthouses.
All residences are focused on wellness, incorporating the SHA Method of integrative health and wellbeing.
Onsite amenities include a SHA Wellness Clinic, a health resort, and multiple health and wellbeing pavilions.
The island offers various residence types, ranging from 1 to 7 bedrooms, including beachfront, shoreline, and garden villas.
Residence sales will start in April 2024, and interested buyers must apply to purchase.
The anticipated completion date for SHA Residences Emirates is 2026.

In collaboration with Abu Dhabi-based developer IMKAN, SHA Wellness Clinic has announced the launch of SHA Residences Emirates, set to be the world’s first dedicated healthy living island. This innovative project aims to blend luxury living with holistic wellness and is located in AlJurf, an enchanting enclave along the Abu Dhabi and Dubai coastlines.
The private island, accessible only to residents and their guests, spans an array of luxurious accommodations, including 86 villas with direct beach access, 49 apartments, and 2 penthouses. Each residence is designed to foster an environment of health and tranquility, integrating SHA’s renowned integrative health methods into daily living.
Residents will have exclusive access to a comprehensive SHA Wellness Clinic, a dedicated health resort, and multiple pavilions focused on enhancing wellbeing. The residence types vary from beachfront to garden villas, accommodating between 4 to 7 bedrooms and apartments ranging from 1 to 4, including two penthouses.
Starting in April 2024, sales of these residences will be open by application, underscoring the exclusivity and tailored approach to potential homeowners. The project is anticipated to be complete by 2026, promising a unique blend of natural beauty, innovative health practices, and luxurious amenities.
