Luxury W Residences Dubai – Downtown project

Dar Al Arkan, the Saudi-based developer, has unveiled the W Residences Dubai – Downtown project offering hotel-inspired living at one of the most sought-after addresses in the world.

The development will mark the first standalone residences in the world under the iconic lifestyle W Hotels brand, Dar Al Arkan said in a statement on Friday.

W Residences Dubai – Downtown, which will be managed by Marriott International, consists of 384 high-end residences and is scheduled to be completed by December 2025.

“The W Residences Dubai – Downtown sets a new standard for extraordinary hotel living in the heart of a bustling city like Dubai catering to clientele who like to be close to the action but have their own luxurious private space close by.”

FUEL, the W brand’s take on wellness will allow residents to focus on mind and body and will be complemented by an infinity outdoor swimming pool with views of Burj Khalifa and a terrace that features a lounge and dining area, as well as a fitness centre and a spa.

Residents will also have access to the W brand’s Whatever/Whenever service which will provide round-the-clock in-residence dining and catering services, laundry and dry cleaning, housekeeping, babysitting and fitness training.

Earlier in February, Dar Al Arkan announced the opening of an office in Beijing, China as it continues its global growth which includes projects in Dubai.

Starting in 2021, Dar Al Arkan has embarked on a global expansion drive starting with the announcement of its Sidra project in Bosnia, followed by the launch of two luxury co-branded towers in the UAE in collaboration with luxury fashion brand, Missoni, and hypercar manufacturer, Pagani Automobili.

The company also announced expansion into the Qatari and Omani markets through premium residential and commercial projects.

Dar Al Arkan is headquartered in Riyadh and has delivered 15,000 residential units and over 500,000 square metres of commercial space.
