Your complete guide to Expo 2020’s legacy – Expo City Dubai

Expo fans are back out in force as the Expo 2020 Dubai legacy begins to emerge. The first phase of Expo City Dubai opened on September 1, followed by the official opening on October 1.

Plans for Expo 2020’s legacy were first revealed in 2017, years prior to Expo 2020 Dubai inviting guests to experience its 188 pavilions, with many glad that the site would leave a permanent mark on the city.

Now up and running and free to access 24/7, Expo City Dubai (renamed from the previously announced District 2020) features four pavilions to explore, though these have paid-for entry, and a host of other attractions to visit.

These include the Surreal Water Feature and Garden in the Sky, two of the most popular attractions during the six-month Expo 2020 Dubai mega event.
