Expo City announces new Yasmina villas

Expo City Dubai has introduced its latest real estate units in Expo Valley, known as the Yasmina Villas.

This new development comes following the success of Shamsa Townhouses, which quickly sold out its initial release, prompting the announcement of the second phase.

Yasmina Villas presents a limited number of properties, featuring spacious four- and five-bed semi-detached homes, with prices starting at AED6.1 million.

These homes boast an average plot area of around 4,000 square feet and are thoughtfully designed across three levels, including a roof terrace.
