1 Year Arabian Ranches Golf Course Gold Club Membership for 1 Person
Instant Signature Platinum Membership for 2 people without Account Manager
Free Access to Address Downtown & Palace Downtown Swimming Pool, Gym, Steam & Sauna for 2 years for 2 people
Generic
Package is per customer (irrespective of number of units)
One Pass will be given to these customers on per unit basis
Offer is not applicable to Organization Bookings
Golf Course Membership
Only One Golf Course Membership for one year will be provided irrespective of how many units a single customer buys
Date of issue of membership is basis completion of Property Transaction Date (Conversion to Sold Status)
Golf Course Membership date change & transfer is at the sole discretion of Arabian Ranches Golf Course management
Moving the membership to another Golf Course at extra cost is at the sole discretion of Arabian Ranches Golf Course management
If there is a joint buyer for a property, then one of the two only will get the Golf Course Membership
If one of the joint buyers is below 55 years of age, then he/she can get the Golf Course Membership
Free Access to Address Downtown & Palace Downtown
Free Access to Address Downtown & Palace Downtown for 2 years for 2 people cannot be transferred
Only Customers or their family members can get the free access
Signature Platinum Membership
Signature Platinum Membership cannot be transferred
Cards will be provided to the customer first & then if any to the family members only
For Non-Signature Customers, we will offer 2 Signature Platinum Cards (Two to Joint Buyers, One to Individual Buyer & One to Family Member)
For Existing Signature Customers, a maximum of up to 2 cards only will be provided (depending on their existing available cards)
The Process:
Anyone who is 55 Years & above & buys a new property from Emaar will be eligible for this package
Lifestyle Package Pass will be given post payment of Down Payment, Land Registration, Signing of SPA with Unit Status as Sold
Terms & Conditions:
Valid per unit & not per customer
Valid for one year from date of issue
Valid for standard admission, upgrades possible at counters
Reel Cinemas and _E Burj Club tickets & passes valid for one-time entry only
