Dubai's Meydan unveils luxury Canal Front Residences

Dubai-based master developer Meydan has unveiled phase one of luxury living community Canal Front Residences.

The latest addition to Meydan’s collection of luxury residential developments is on sale

Located in a prime position in Jumeirah district, Canal Front Residences comprises more than 700 one-two- and three-bedroom apartments across 11 buildings set among lush parks and communal green spaces. The first phase has 150 units across two five storey buildings.

Finished to the highest standards and designed for optimum light and views, the apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, contemporary interiors, large living and dining spaces, and ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms, said the statement from Meydan.

Average sizes are 85 sq m for a one-bedroom apartment, 125 sq m for two beds and 165 sq m for the three-bedroom units.

A stone’s throw from Safa Park, the residences will also have a wealth of onsite amenities including state-of-the-art gyms, swimming pools, multi-purpose areas, children’s play areas and access to the canal cycling track, said the statement from Meydan.

Canal Front Residences are perfectly positioned for connectivity, with easy access to Jumeirah Beach, an RTA water transport station nearby and Al Wasl Road and Sheikh Zayed Road just a short drive away,
