Dubai's private schools continue to set high standards in global educational rankings, as evidenced by the recent Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) results for 2022. Conducted by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), this prestigious evaluation places Dubai's schools second in financial literacy and sixth in creative thinking globally.

Participating for the first time in the additional domains of financial literacy and creative thinking, Dubai’s schools scored an impressive 522 in financial literacy, significantly above the OECD average of 498. This demonstrates a robust foundation in understanding financial concepts and practical money management among students, with 82% acknowledging their ability to handle finances and 79% actively pursuing savings goals.

In creative thinking, Dubai students scored 36 points, outperforming the OECD average of 33. This places them sixth out of 64 countries and regions, reflecting their capability to innovate and solve problems creatively—skills that are essential for future success in a rapidly changing world.

The comprehensive performance across other core subjects like mathematics, reading, and science further underscores the balanced excellence of Dubai's educational institutions. Such achievements not only enhance Dubai’s appeal as a premier destination for quality education but also support the city’s strategic goals under the D33 and Dubai Social Agenda 33 initiatives.

Educational leaders in Dubai attribute this success to the collaborative efforts of school leaders, teachers, and parents, all dedicated to nurturing and developing students' potential. As Dubai continues to invest in its educational system, these results reaffirm its position as a leader in fostering environments where students can thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.
