Notably, individuals below 45 years old made up 60 percent of the total sales, and first-time buyers from Aldar represented a striking 86 percent of these transactions.

Anticipating continued buyer interest, Al Omaira announced the launch of an additional 150 units in the Nikki Beach Residence to cater to the ongoing demand.
