$15 million penthouse unveiled on the Palm Jumeirah

Dubai-based developer Palma Holdings has unveiled the a $15m (AED55m) presidential penthouse at Serenia Residences, which overlooks Burj Al Arab and The Palm and offers uninterrupted, 360-degree views of the sea.

Architect Hazel Wong designed the 1,405.3 sq m Serenia Residences development, which will see 250 top-end homes come onto the market, spread across three buildings linked by open spaces and a large swimming pool.

Wong’s most famous work is Emirates Tower, Dubai.

Serenia Residences is located on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, next to Anantara the Palm Dubai Resort.

The presidential penthouse at the North building of the residences, comprises four ensuite bedrooms, a reception, living room, dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and an entertainment kitchen, a guest bathroom, private area that features a games table, and a lounge area.

The four-bedroom penthouse has an additional 725 sq m outdoor space that can accommodate up to 100 people, with sitting areas that include sunbeds, dining space, a fireplace, and a private outdoor jacuzzi offering a view of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

The penthouse features handmade Italian bathtubs by Antonio Lupi, rose gold faucets by Hansgrohe, walk-in closets by Molteni&C, and custom-made kitchens by Dada equipped with Miele appliances Window frames at the penthouse are 3.2m-high.
