Throughout the last decade, Dubai was all about the greatest, tallest and the largest but now the city is focused on quality of life and reasons for choosing to live here.

From my experience and also according to numerous international surveys, Dubai is one of the safest cities in the world, and we recently learned that it is the 6th most visited city in the world 

Now Dubai has been ranked number 18 in the Deutsche Bank’s 2018 quality of life index, which graded 50 global cities on eight measurements including quality of health care, cost of consumer goods and housing affordability, which was measured by the ratio of property price to income. Read more here

  • Studio One in Dubai Marina has adjusted their current investor friendly payment plan to an even more attractive offer on one of my top picks for a "Buy to Let" investment in all of Dubai. The 31 floors are on target for completion in March 2019, and we still have a selection of these brilliantly well designed and quality contemporary  apartments available from one of my favoured developers with one beds starting at AED 961k or GB£197k and two beds at AED 1.38m or GB£ 284k on a new plan of 5% now, 5% in 3 months, 15% in December and 75% on completion. View the facts here 

 

  • Danube Properties have made a name for themselves by offering low cost fully furnished apartments on generous five-year post completion payment plans and so providing residents with an affordable escape route from the rental trap. They are now about to release their latest project named Lawnz located within International City, and they are claiming the "lowest price ever" with apartments starting as low as AED 290k or GB£ 59k.   • Many of Dubai's larger firms within the travel, retail and hospitality industries provide their blue-collar staff with accommodation, and the new gated community of MAG5 Boulevard in Dubai South is exactly what they are looking for in terms of location, quality and facilities. There are very few properties in all of Dubai selling for as low as AED 750 per sq. ft. and a 1,000 sq. ft. two bed at AED 750k of GB£ 150k is extremely rare, so we expect growth and high yields  Pay 20% + 4% DLD + AED 5,000 now, and 80% on completion in Q4 2018.
