The end of Ramadan marks the beginning of a long weekend for the Eid holiday and the completion of the many special offers from the developers in Dubai

It has been a busy month for both sales and rentals, we have rented the last of our clients' apartments in Belgravia 1 and have managed to secure some of the highest rents for one and two bedroom apartments in the area. This bodes very well for investors and the developers' other projects in JVC,  Belgravia 2 and Eaton Place

It's not always about location as in other cities, here you can have neighbouring buildings with similar size apartments and views and yet rents and price differences of over 50%.

When buying a property in Dubai for investment, it is important to understand the drivers that make one building stand out from its neighbours and attracts buyers and tenants who are prepared to pay a premium to live there, where occupancy levels are always high and where your property is an appreciating asset that is consistently earning you an income.  

Next week, the schools break up for the summer holidays, the heat and humidity gauge will be set to high, the hotels will be offering enticing packages and the Malls will fill with shoppers searching for a bargain during the Dubai Summer Surprises Shopping Festival
