  • Wilton Terraces 1 in the Sobha Hartland district of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City (MBRC) will launch after the weekend. This building promises to be the benchmark for quality, design and price within one of the most significant land developments in the history of Dubai so if you are considering the purchase of an apartment in this area, then you need to check these one and two-bed apartments.   • Prime Views located at the heart of Meydan Avenue, MBRC launched last week, and they are offering an 8% rental guarantee for three years. One bed start at AED 920k and two beds at 1.38m, on a payment plan of 40% in construction linked instalments and 60% on completion in Q4 2019. Thisis their fourth project in Dubai, so we know the quality and that they do what they say.

 

  • MAG Property deserve to be in the top 10 of GCC Developers, they have already delivered the Polo Homes and Townhouses in Meydan, and now they have announced MAG EYE, an exclusive private gated community of 4,000 apartments and 536 townhouses that offers its residents three and four bedroom townhouses and studios and one-bedroom apartments in Meydan District 7. Townhouses start at AED 2.6m and apartments at AED 570k and all on a decent payment plan of 50% during construction and 50% on completion Q4 2019

 

  • District One in Meydan with their very high-end Villas surrounding an incredible 7km 90-acre crystal blue lagoon has now introduced their low-rise luxury apartment buildings situated on the water and boasting stunning views of the Crystal Lagoon, Downtown Dubai Skyline and Meydan One. These are of the highest quality and set in unique and beautiful surroundings; one bed start at AED 1,18m, two beds + maids AED 2m and three beds + maids at AED 2.8m.
