The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa will be the tallest tower on Jumeirah Beach Walk skyline and is within walking distance of the Dubai Marina Walk, Jumeirah Beach Walk and The Beach Walk. The tower offers views of the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Marina and Ain Dubai – the world’s largest observation wheel currently under construction.
The building will accommodate a 217-key five-star hotel, 479 residential apartments, as well as 496 serviced apartments. It comprises three podium levels which make up the front and back-of-house. The West Tower holds 14 floors dedicated to The Address Jumeirah Hotel + Resort and 54 floors of The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa, the serviced apartments. The East Tower occupies 68 floors of The Residences Jumeirah Dubai, Managed by The Address, residential apartments.
You can choose from one to five-bedroom residences ranging in size from 60m2 to 399m2. The luxury apartments have ‘La Dolce Vita’ themed interiors and residents will have access to more than 100 metres of exclusive beachfront, a rooftop infinity pool and five food and beverage concepts within the development including the lounge at the top level and a signature Sky Restaurant.
Other F&B concepts include a lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant connected to the pool, a beach grill, and a destination lounge at the rooftop. A full-service spa, 24-hour gym, dedicated board rooms and ballrooms will be among the other facilities.
Essentially a single tower, it is designed in a split formation with a distinctive ‘space’ carved out in the centre.
The Residences Jumeirah Dubai, managed by The Address, is situated in the east tower rising more than 300m high, with an infinity pool on the 75th floor. A lobby will link it to a second similar tower (west tower) featuring The Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa hotel and The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa.

The landscape of The Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa will be broken down into terraces of greenery, outdoor lounges, restaurants, and pools that cascade into each other. Pools will be separated into adult and kids, with some of them dedicated to hotel guests and others for residents.
This will be the first beachfront resort property to be managed by the Address Hotel and within the portfolio of the hospitality and leisure arm of global developer Emaar Properties.
