The Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) is a very popular community in Dubai, located across the road from the Dubai Marina and offers a less congested and better-planned environment.
Cluster Z is at the northern end of JLT and therefore one of the easiest clusters to reach from the Marina and the Shk Zayed Road.
The Metro Station is a short walk away so the rest of the city is a simple commute away, and you could even walk to the beach which could be reached on foot if you are feeling energetic.
