World’s tallest residential tower Burj Binghatti to be built in Dubai
Property developer Binghatti has teamed up with luxury jewelry company Jacob & Co to build what it claims will be the world’s tallest residential structure.
The final height for the Business Bay skyscraper has not been released yet, but New York’s Central Park Tower, at 472.4m, holds the current record for the tallest residential-only building.
Dubai’s tallest residential tower is the 393m Princess Tower.
Burj Binghatti inspired by jewellery
Announcing the more than 100-story residential complex Binghatti said it would comprise two and three-bedroom residences in the Business Bay district.
The “hypertower” concept, it said would include an infinity pool overlooking the Dubai skyline as well as an in-house concierge service offering private chefs, bodyguards, chauffeurs, and chefs.
The design was completed in association with watch manufacturer Jacob & Co.
“We took inspiration from the complex horological movements that beat in Jacob & Co timepieces and we integrated them into the key elements of the tower. The diamond-shaped spires sitting at the tower's peak are reminiscent of an actual crown, an ornament of unique finesse inspired by the design of Jacob & Co’s finely cut gems. This is the apex of the luxury narrative in this evocative construction, a signature feature that adds further grandeur to the city’s skyline.” said Muhammad Binghatti, CEO of Binghatti.
The officially named Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences tower will also feature a private member’s club and high-spec penthouses.
All interested parties will have the opportunity to register during the event that will be held on November 16th in Dubai. Such interested parties are to undergo a prequalification process to evaluate eligibility in this ultra-exclusive, invitation-only, jewel of a dwelling.
High-rise living continues to be a highly visible aspect of the Dubai real estate market. The asymmetrical wasl tower is taking shape and the tower is expected to finish in 2024.
