Construction of Bloom Towers 90% complete, Bloom Heights hits 77%

UAE-based real estate developer Bloom Properties has revealed significant construction progress across its projects in Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai.
Its landmark project Bloom Towers has now completed 90% construction, while the developer’s Bloom Heights project has hit the 77% completion milestone.
Bloom Towers will be completed and handed over at the end of 2020. The project consists of three residential towers with 944 units, including studios and one-bedroom apartments.
Bloom Heights is expected to be handed over in Q1 2021, with 686 residential apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments across two high-rise towers.
Units in both projects are available for sale with payment plans, including a stage payment programme during construction and post-handover
Despite the challenges faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, Bloom Properties has continued to deliver its projects on schedule, whilst ensuring the safety of all workers, with strict adherence to the company’s safety protocols and policies.
