It was a slow week for new launches however it was a busy week for sales and rentals:-

  • L-I-V Residences in the Marina continues to be a hot topic amongst investors and end users This is one of the very last new waterfront buildings in the Marina, the prices are attractive, and by virtue of clever design, almost all of the apartments will have a water view. Studios start at 850k, one bed at AED 1.2m, two beds at AED 1.9m and three beds at AED 2.9m. Construction is well underway, and you pay 4 x 10% every 90 days and 60% on completion in mid-2019 - their beautiful show apartment is ready to view.

 

  • We were invited this week to view the stunning duplex penthouses at Marina Gate 1, the building is complete, and the first residents are expected to move in this month. I am a big fan, and I believe that once the entire project is completed in 2019, it will be at the top of everyone's Marina shopping list. The infinity pool and the incredible gym, not to mention the 50 retail shops down below is enough to make this an iconic project, but the apartments and the views will ensure success. You can buy a 3,300 sq. ft. 4-bed duplex penthouses for AED 7.4m or maybe a two bed starting at under AED 2.4m. – pay 10% now, 30% on completion in a few weeks time then 60% over two years – the developer is offering to pay the 4% land department fee for a limited period.

 

  • It appears that we are all about waterfront properties this week in that the Elite Team were invited to an agents event at one of the best-located property sales offices in all of Dubai. The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences adjacent to the Atlantis Hotel on Palm Jumeirah was the venue, where we got to view the show apartment, the sales suite, the plans and the finishes.   • REVA In Business Bay – one bed starting at under AED 800k – pay 20% now followed by 35 x monthly instalments of 1% with 45% due on completion

 

  • Wilton Terraces in Meydan – one bed from AED 1m and two beds at AED 1,4m - pay 50% in construction linked instalments and 50% on handover in 2019
